Who TCCT is reaching, and what that audience needs. TCCT's audience — prospective students and their families in Harker Heights and the broader Fort Hood / Central Texas community — isn't a fast-scrolling, trend-chasing audience. This is a community where billboards, local news, and word-of-mouth still carry real weight. Trust is built through repetition and familiarity, not virality.

That changes what "media strategy" should mean here. The goal isn't follower counts or viral reach — it's consistent visibility that builds familiarity over months, so that when someone in this community is thinking about a career change, TCCT is the name they already recognize and trust.

What's missing isn't more content — TCCT already has a deep library of unused footage and photography on a drive: field trips, graduations, Lunch & Learns, and partner interviews. What's missing is a system that turns that footage into a steady stream of visibility, every week, without Reginald or Bianca needing to manage it.
"I've seen them everywhere" That's the goal — not likes or shares, but the kind of familiarity that makes TCCT the first name someone thinks of when they're ready for a career change.
A Strong Story Library Veteran-focused training, partnerships with Leeward, Sungrow & Tesla, Congressional testimony, ACP conference recognition
Untapped Footage Field trips, graduations, Lunch & Learns, and partner interviews already captured and ready to use
A Community That Responds Local graduates, local partnerships, and local impact play directly to Harker Heights' tight-knit, service-oriented identity
These aren't samples from other clients — this is TCCT's own footage, already produced by HBP. The first video below was the very first project filmed together. The most recent long-form piece pulled from months of footage gathered across multiple visits. The field trip clips show the same raw footage cut two ways — vertical for social, horizontal for the website and YouTube.

The point of showing this isn't just "here's our work." It's this: the person filming TCCT's story is already the person who understands it. Every visit builds on the last — what worked, what the goals are this month, which faculty and graduates have stories worth capturing next. A rotating vendor starts from zero every time. A retained partner starts from where the last visit left off. That's what the monthly content calendar is for — it's not just a schedule, it's the mechanism that keeps this knowledge compounding instead of resetting.
The First Project — Central Texas Training Program Where it started: a brand message video built from one full day of interviews, lectures, and hands-on training footage.
The Most Recent — Solar Maintenance Program Built from months of footage across multiple visits — graduate testimonials, real job offers, and the full program story.
Field Trip — Vertical Cut Same footage, built for Reels and Stories — short-form, fast-paced, social-first.
Field Trip — Horizontal Cut The same trip, reworked for the website and YouTube — one shoot, two deliverables.
The Dave Bressert interview is a feature video waiting to happen. While reviewing existing footage, one interview stood out — Dave Bressert, Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Leeward Renewable Energy, describing how TCCT, Leeward, and Sungrow came to partner together. It's a real story: an industry-wide training gap, an almost-accidental discovery of TCCT, and a partnership that's since been presented at a national industry conference.

Dave doesn't hold back in his praise — calling TCCT "the best solar tech training program in the US right now." An outside executive saying that carries far more weight than TCCT saying it about itself. This single piece of already-filmed footage could become its own 5–7 minute YouTube feature — no new filming required.
Built from what's already on hand. Rather than asking for a full commitment up front, the first month puts TCCT's existing footage library to work — at a reduced cost — before scaling into the full retainer.
Month 1 — Full editing & posting from existing footage library, no new filming required (filming available at $1,500/day if wanted sooner) $4,000
Months 2–3 — Full retainer: 2 monthly visits, 30-day content calendar, editing & production. Social posting included at no charge. $7,000/mo
Month 4+ — Full retainer continues. Optional add-on transfers social posting/engagement to HBP if it's working well. $7,000/mo (+$800 opt.)

Why this works: Month 1 is a lower-cost proving ground — Reginald and Bianca see what a consistent content system looks like before committing to the full retainer. Social posting is included free for the first three months so TCCT can evaluate that piece without it being a line item yet. This pricing — especially the discounted Month 1 and free social posting period — only works with a minimum 3-month commitment, so there's enough runway to build the system and evaluate it. After 3 months, either party can revisit the arrangement.

For reference, the clearest savings comparison is Month 1 itself. A comparable amount of edited, posted content from TCCT's existing footage — produced as a standalone project (est. 8 finished pieces @ $500/min, 2-min avg) — would typically run $8,000+. The retainer's Month 1 starts at $4,000.
For context: what social media management typically costs in 2026.

The 2026 Pricing Guide"). An agency at the $5,000 entry point typically gives TCCT a scheduler — someone managing captions, posting times, and light graphic design. This proposal gives TCCT a producer, photographer, drone operator, editor, and strategist — a full crew that already understands TCCT's programs, students, and story, working from real footage of TCCT's actual campus and graduates, not stock photos or generic templates.
TCCT Podcast cover concept
A second pipeline, built on TCCT's own brand. Separate from the social content calendar, there's an opportunity to build something TCCT would own outright: The TCCT Podcast — conversations with local leadership, faculty, students, and industry partners about the future of skilled trades.

On full production days (rather than half-days), time can be set aside specifically for podcast-style interviews — no additional production days required. Episodes could feature Reginald on TCCT's vision, faculty on what makes graduates job-ready, partners like Leeward and Sungrow on what they look for in new hires, and graduates sharing their stories. This is TCCT's own show — built on TCCT's brand, distributed under TCCT's name.
The question underneath this proposal. One concern that's come up in past conversations is the feeling of having to "let go" and trust someone else with messaging. The content calendar is the answer to that. Each month, footage and transcripts are reviewed together, a calendar of options is built, and Reginald and Bianca choose what goes out — nothing publishes without review. The system creates structure without taking away control.

The real question isn't whether $7,000/month feels like a lot for "social media." It's whether a consistent, professionally-produced media presence — one that builds familiarity across this community month after month — is worth more to TCCT's enrollment pipeline than the cost of an empty classroom seat. This proposal isn't asking TCCT to spend more on video. It's asking TCCT to stop treating media as a series of one-off projects, and start treating it as part of how the school stays visible, trusted, and top-of-mind in the community it serves.

From Jacob This isn't just a service being proposed — it's a partnership I want to see succeed. TCCT's growth, in enrollment and in reputation, is a direct reflection of the work Hen's Bread Productions does. The phased structure, the included social management period, and the TCCT Podcast concept aren't extras designed to pad an invoice — they're how I'd build this if it were my own school. I'm proposing this because I believe in what it can do for TCCT, and I want to be the one who helps get it there.
