What we heard on our call.
Acme Corporation is hosting their annual leadership summit on June 12, 2025 at the JW Marriott Austin. The event runs approximately 6 hours and includes a keynote, three breakout panels, and a closing remarks session. You need the full day covered with multi-camera video production — primarily for internal distribution and a highlight reel for social media.
You mentioned that livestreaming to a private link for remote team members is a priority, and that the keynote speaker's session should be treated as the anchor deliverable — a standalone video ready for your YouTube channel within two weeks of the event.
Speed of turnaround matters more than elaborate post-production. You want files that are clean, professional, and ready to share without a lengthy back-and-forth revision process.
Below is a selection of work similar in scope and format to what we're proposing for your project. These are real productions from Austin-area clients — the quality, style, and approach you see here is exactly what you can expect.

A few things worth considering.
Based on what you shared, I'd strongly recommend adding event photography alongside the video crew. You're already investing in the production day — having a photographer capture candid moments, speaker shots, and audience engagement gives you a completely separate content library with zero additional disruption to the event. It's the kind of content that gets used in press releases, LinkedIn posts, and next year's summit promotion.
I'd also suggest we talk about a short teaser clip — 15 to 30 seconds — cut within 24 hours of the event while it's still timely. That's the content that performs best on social the day after an event, and we already have everything we need to produce it.
Ready to move forward?
No pressure — when you're ready, reach out directly and we'll get your date locked in. Or review the formal estimate in Square to sign off on the scope and deposit.

Thank you for the time on our call. I put this together based on what matters most to your team — if anything needs adjusting, scope-wise or budget-wise, just say the word. I'd rather get this right than have you sign off on something that doesn't fully serve what you need. Text or call anytime — (512) 893-2709.
