Two days at Hyatt Lost Pines. Two finished films. Your creative direction, our cameras — and a rate structure explained plainly, so the estimate makes sense before you read the number.
July 10 & 11 are open on our calendarA two-camera executive pitch, wide and close. Your example link reminded me of this one — adding extra camera angles is easy, tell us if you want more than 2 cameras.
Filmed at an event, cut into a short branded narrative, delivered in five days. Same industry as your client, same emotional register your brief asks for. Read how it was made.
Two cameras, on-screen text and title cards doing the work b-roll usually does. I edit my own films, so I see the cut while I'm filming — on-the-fly is comfortable territory. Your version gets retreat b-roll on top.
A corporate mastermind at a resort — meetings, leisure, the in-between moments — compressed into 1-minute, 3-minute, and 10-minute exports. The same coverage instincts your two days at Lost Pines call for.
Selena Brewer plans multi-day conferences for a living. Here's what she says about handing event coverage to us and getting it off her list of 700 thoughts.

Jacob films. If photography joins the scope, Jacob shoots stills and Max Cunningham runs video. Nuanced requests are welcome — remote producing, a director's monitor feed for your team — but we do our best work when we're trusted with the delivered product.
Every clip goes to our colorist, graded for true skin tones first. If you have a look in mind — like your reference links — he grades the footage to match it.
We build the story over a few days: story cut, refinement, then your client's feedback. You lead the story; we shape it.
Right before final delivery, the audio goes to our sound engineer for EQ, compression, and a streaming-documentary finish. Plainly: we bring out the best personal color in each voice, and the levels hold steady — no riding the volume knob between speakers or sections.
One thing worth your client knowing up front: once the timeline is approved and sent to mix, it's locked. Moving a line of dialogue even two seconds means a new mix. So we gather every note before the mix — and deliver a final that's actually final.
Reply with what Day 2 looks like — and whether fast turnarounds or photography matter to your client — and I'll confirm the kit and final numbers the same day. Curious about the cart? Here's the short version.
