All retainers require a 3-month minimum. This gives us time to build a consistent visual library for your brand and refine the workflow. Most clients renew well past the initial term.
Yes — most retainer clients do both. Victor handles photography and videography. Max handles drone. One day on location can produce stills, video clips, and aerial footage simultaneously.
We handle overflow at a discounted day rate for retainer clients. If your Q4 push needs three shoot days instead of two, we'll accommodate it. Flag it with Jacob ahead of time so we can block the schedule.
Yes. We regularly work in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, San Marcos, San Antonio, and across Central Texas. Travel is built into your retainer quote. Out-of-state agency clients — call to discuss logistics.
Monthly invoices, net 14. Invoice goes out at the top of each month, payment is due before the shoot day. Deliverables are withheld until payment is received — outlined in the retainer agreement we sign before starting.
