Hens Bread – Video Production Service

Livestream Video Service

What Makes Our Livestream Service Superior to Others

So you’re looking for a video production company that overs livestream service, huh? In this blog post we’ll detail a major livestream we did and how our workflows benefit you as our customer. Before I do that I want to define a livestream service. Our livestream service combines multiple cameras, pairs it with stage audio or talent audio. The complexities in live streaming will vary, but at the very core we are taking a camera signal and broadcasting it for anyone in the world to see in real time.

Behind The Scenes

For a full look in behind the scenes in our livestream equipment you can review this blog or visit our equipment list page.

In this blog post which makes it different is we have a better site visit process, clear pricing, and the completed livestream for you to view.

Site Visit For Livestream Service

Our video production service is based around being mobile so we are used to walking in areas and making it work. The difference with live streaming is once the train is on the tracks there is no getting off. So being best prepared for the job is in our best interest. If we are able to do a site visit in advance then we will. For this livestream we did with U.S. Global Leadership Coalition we had to do the stage lighting, room audio, livestream audio, Livestream video service. We were their one-stop-shop for this livestream. The only things we didn’t provide outside the venue, tables, and food, was stage, curtains, and podium. Below we will embed what is called a Gaussian Splatt which is a 3D render of an object/location where you can freely navigate. Below is the Encanto Room in which the livestream was done. We look at the dimensions of the room, power solutions, and figure out load in and load out.

You can also click this link if the embed isn’t working properly.

Now along with having a gaussian splat for the client and Hen’s Bread to navigate freely through the space ahead of time our scan we recreate a 3D mesh in which we can present as our livestream plan to the client. We do this so the livestream knows the layout, but so the client can properly communicate within their own team.

Stage Lighting and Audio

One of the reasons we needed a site visit was to determine the size of the room for the audio and to know the cieling height for a truss for lighting.

Our 3D lidar gun is able to provide accurate measurements for the room so we were able to determine the audio rental and lighting rental for the job.

Pricing

Here is what everyone wants to know. Our livestream pricing is as such: $3,500 for 3 cameras, 3 person team, with talent audio, live-u, and site visit. This is our video cart with $500 additional dollars for miscellaneous computer equipment. And instead of bringing lighting on our cart we pack a third camera. This is where our livestream pricing starts. To setup in a day in advance we require 50% of our livestream service cart at $1750.

The stage lighting pricing starts at $1,500 per day which covers lighting truss, equipment rental, and van rental for travel, setup and take down. The Room audio starts at $1,200 which covers equipment rental and crew member as audio engineer. The equipment rental includes microphones, backups, speaker, and mixer.

Our pricing is simple to understand to get a grasp on costs ahead of time. We also have redundancies for recording audio and camera. Each livestream we provide the raw contents for it to be repurposed for social media. If you would like additional things like graphics on screen or more cameras, your quote could be higher due to paying more crew and equipment rental costs.

Conclusion

If you’re looking for a one-stop-shop of someone to handle the livestream, the audio, the lighting, and even staging just reach out. I know my competitors charge 300% of what our costs are. We want to be affordable video production service for the central Texas Area. We do travel, but if you are outside our service area we charge a travel fee.
