To Shine You Gotta Push! High Energy Workout Video

Earlier this month we received an inquiry through Thumbtack for a “short film” portraying “another day”. Our client is a fitness coach celebrating a birthday and wanted to show with high quality video content for his social media feed that a birthday is not an excuse to keep pushing harder. As an athlete myself I wanted to do something that required fitness and focus on smooth transitions. In order to show this was another day in the life for our client we couldn’t just have hard cuts. For this submission we wrote out a story board based off our clients requirements and once it was approved we executed in 1 day of filming and 2 days worth of editing. We really enjoy how it turned out and exceeded our clients expectations which is always a goal for us here at Hen’s Bread Productions. Enjoy the video below.
